CISCO & CO is the only sales and marketing service firm that specializes solely on the senior care and living industry. Our firm is led by Patty Cisco, who's spent a 25-year career in the senior care market, including independent and assisted living, skilled nursing and rehab, home health, private duty, hospice and health care.
As a result of those years of experience Patty understands well the challenges faced by senior care and living providers, including census and occupancy challenges, developing effective fundraising strategies and deploying a talented sales force.
But Patty's personal passion for this industry is also rooted in the years she spent as a caregiver for her aging parents. It reinforced her belief that senior care and living providers don't need another consultant who will point out their faults.
