If you are writing to appease the general population, then your content is all wrong. You need to focus content on the persona, a.k.a. the target audience. What do they want? It is not about you or your colleagues, or your friends. Sorry to say, but this is the cold hard truth. Think about websites that are about building census, dementia, or helping a caregiver. These topics relate to your community and your needs. Content must to relate to your community.
